Luggage storage before check-in and after check-out is available at the concierge counter.
Please bring your checked baggage and proceed directly to the concierge counter.
Luggage left with us on the day of check-in will not be brought into your room. Please make sure to collect your luggage yourself at the concierge counter by midnight.
