Does the price change depending on the number of guests?

Yes, the room rate will change depending on the number of guests.

Is there a cancellation fee for accommodation reservations?

Depending on the date of cancellation, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
Cancellation 4 days before the stay: Free
3 days before the stay: 50% of the fee
2 days before the stay: 100% of the fee
On the day of your stay: 100% of the accommodation fee

If no notice is given: 100% of the fee

Can I smoke?

Please note that smoking is prohibited throughout the building.

Can infants stay?

Yes, you can.

Can I stay with pets?

We apologize, but we do not allow guests to stay with pets.

The number of guests has changed since the reservation was made.

Can minors stay alone?

If minors are staying alone, they will need parental consent and contact information during their stay.

Please submit a parental consent form at the concierge counter when checking in.
Please note that if we are unable to confirm the consent form, minors will not be allowed to stay at the hotel.

Please download and fill out the consent form in advance and submit it to the hotel either in advance or on the day of your visit.

Can I make a reservation on the day?

How can I check my reservation details?

You can confirm your reservation by checking the "Reservation Confirmation Information".

Are there any child rates?

There are no child rates.
Children under elementary school age stay free of charge as long as they share a bed with their parents.
For children sharing a bed, a maximum of one child per adult is allowed, and any additional children will incur an additional fee.
Please note that we can accommodate children sharing a bed with reservations of two or more adults, so if you are booking with one adult and one child, please make a reservation at the rate for two adults.
Guests aged 12 and over will be charged the regular rate.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 3pm onwards and last check-in is until 11pm.
Check-out time is 11:00.

Is early check-in possible?

Yes, this is possible. It costs 2,000 yen (tax included) per hour. This depends on the cleaning situation, so please inquire at the concierge counter (a little more local front desk) in advance.

Is late check-out possible?

If you wish to extend your stay in the room, you may do so by paying the following extension fee, although this may be subject to restrictions depending on the reservation situation.
・Until 12:00, 2,000 yen per hour (tax included)
・After 12:00, if there is a room available on the day, an additional 100% of the basic room rate will be charged in addition to the above rate.

Is there parking available?

There is no dedicated parking lot, so please use the nearby paid parking lot.

Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Please bring your luggage and come directly to the concierge counter (a little more local).
Luggage left with us on the day of check-in will not be brought into your room.
Please be sure to collect your luggage at the concierge counter by 11pm.

Can I send my luggage by courier in advance?

Please contact us in advance with the size, number, and contents of your luggage and send it to the concierge counter (a little more local). On the day of your stay, we will have it ready in your room before you check in.

Is there a bicycle parking lot (for motorcycles and bicycles)?

There is no dedicated bicycle parking area. Please use the nearest bicycle parking area.

Are there any permanent staff?

Our accommodation only has guest rooms and no front desk. In case of emergencies, our staff will be available 24 hours a day at the concierge counter (a little more local front desk).

If I stay for multiple nights, will cleaning be provided? Also, what about changing towels and amenities?

Towels and amenities will be changed and trash will be emptied every day during your stay. Please note that cleaning and bed making will not be provided for consecutive nights.

For long-term stays, how often will the cleaning be done? Do I need to vacate the room?

Regarding cleaning frequency and timing, trash will be collected, towels will be replaced, and water will be replenished daily.
Regarding bed making, the front desk will inform you of the date by email.

Can I use the internet in the room?

Free Wi-Fi is available.

Is room service available?

Not available.

Is there laundry service?

No. Please use the washer/dryer provided in your room. Laundry detergent is also provided.

Is there a curfew?

No. After check-in, you are free to come and go as you please 24 hours a day.

Can I have food delivered to my room?

Yes, it is possible.

No, there isn't.

What are the facilities and amenities?

Are there refrigerators and freezers in the rooms?

There is a refrigerator in the guest room, but no drinks are provided in it.

We are sorry, but all rooms are non-smoking. Please use the smoking area.
