(Scope of application)
Article 1
Accommodation contracts and related agreements concluded between this facility and guests shall be subject to the provisions of these terms and conditions, and any matters not provided for in these terms and conditions shall be governed by laws and regulations or generally established customs.
If this facility enters into a special agreement to the extent that it does not violate laws, regulations, or customs, that special agreement shall take precedence, notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
(Application for Accommodation Contract)
Article 2

Anyone who wishes to apply for an accommodation contract with this facility must provide the facility with the following information:
- Guest name and contact details
- Date of stay and estimated time of arrival
- Accommodation fees (in principle, based on the basic accommodation fees in Appendix 1)
- Other matters deemed necessary by the facility
If a guest requests, during their stay, to extend their stay beyond the date specified in item 2 of the preceding paragraph, this facility will treat this request as if it were an application for a new accommodation contract at the time the request was made.
If there are any changes to the details of the notification made to the facility pursuant to paragraph 1, the guest must promptly notify the facility of the changes.
(Conclusion of Accommodation Contracts, etc.)
Article 3

An accommodation contract shall be deemed to have been established when this facility accepts the application stipulated in the preceding article. However, this shall not apply if this facility proves that it did not accept the application.
When an accommodation contract is concluded pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, an application fee set by this facility, limited to the basic accommodation fee for the accommodation period, will be required to be paid by the date designated by this facility.
The application fee will first be applied to the accommodation fee to be paid by the guest in full, and in the event that a situation occurs to which the provisions of Article 6 and Article 18 apply, it will be applied in the order of penalty charges and compensation, and the remaining balance, if any, will be refunded at the time of payment of the accommodation fee as provided for in Article 12.
If the application fee set forth in paragraph 2 is not paid by the date specified by our facility pursuant to the provisions of the same paragraph, the accommodation contract will become invalid. However, this shall only apply if our facility notifies the guest to that effect when specifying the due date for payment of the application fee.
(Special Agreement Requiring No Application Fee)
Article 4
Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the preceding Article, this facility may enter into a special agreement stipulating that payment of the application fee stipulated in the same paragraph is not required after the contract is concluded.
If, when accepting an application for an accommodation contract, this facility does not request payment of the application fee as set forth in Paragraph 2 of the preceding Article or does not specify a due date for payment of said application fee, it will be treated as if the special contract as set forth in the preceding paragraph has been accepted.
(Refusal to conclude an accommodation contract)
Article 5

This facility may not accept the conclusion of an accommodation contract in the following cases:
- When the application for accommodation does not comply with these terms and conditions.
- When the Hotel is fully booked and there are no rooms available.
- When the Guest seeking accommodation is deemed liable to conduct himself or herself in a manner that will violate the laws, public order or good morals in regard to his or her accommodation.
- When the person seeking accommodation is deemed to fall under any of the following items (a) to (c):
- An organized crime group as defined in Article 2, item 2 of the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members (Act No. 77 of 1991) (hereinafter referred to as an "organized crime group"), an organized crime group member as defined in Article 2, item 6 of the same Act (hereinafter referred to as an "organized crime group member"), an associate member of an organized crime group, or a person related to an organized crime group, or other anti-social forces.
- When a corporation or other organization whose business activities are controlled by an organized crime group or its members
- A corporation in which any of its officers is a member of an organized crime group
- When the person seeking accommodation can be clearly detected as carrying an infectious disease.
- When the person seeking accommodation behaves in a manner that causes significant inconvenience to other guests.
- When violent demands are made regarding the accommodation or an unreasonable burden is requested.
- When it is impossible to provide accommodation due to natural disasters, malfunction of facilities, or other unavoidable reasons.
- When the case falls under Article 10 of the Fukuoka City Hotel and Inn Business Law Enforcement Ordinance.
(Guest's Right to Cancel Accommodation Contract)
Article 6
Guests may cancel the accommodation contract by notifying this facility.
In the event that a guest cancels the accommodation contract in whole or in part due to reasons attributable to the guest (excluding cases in which the facility has specified a payment date for the application fee and requested payment pursuant to the provisions of Article 3, Paragraph 2, and the guest cancels the accommodation contract before payment), the guest shall pay a penalty as listed in Attached Table 2. However, in the event that the facility has accepted a special agreement as set forth in Article 4, Paragraph 1, this shall apply only if the facility has notified the guest of the obligation to pay a penalty in the event that the guest cancels the accommodation contract, in accepting such special agreement.
If the guest does not contact us and does not arrive by the scheduled arrival time on the day of accommodation (or by 11:00 p.m. on the day of accommodation if the scheduled arrival time is not specified in advance), we may consider the accommodation contract to have been cancelled by the guest.
(Right to terminate contract at this facility)
Article 7

This facility may cancel the accommodation contract in the following cases.
- When the Guest is deemed liable to conduct himself or herself in a manner that will violate the laws, public order or good morals in regard to his or her accommodation, or when it is deemed that he or she has already conducted himself or herself in such a manner.
- When the Guest is deemed to fall under any of the following items (a) to (c):
- Organized crime groups, members of organized crime groups, associate members of organized crime groups or people related to organized crime groups or other anti-social forces
- When a corporation or other organization whose business activities are controlled by an organized crime group or its members
- A corporation in which any of its officers is a member of an organized crime group
- When the guest behaves in a manner that causes significant inconvenience to other guests.
- When the Guest can be clearly detected as carrying an infectious disease.
- When the person seeking accommodation can be clearly detected as carrying an infectious disease.
- When violent demands are made regarding the accommodation or an unreasonable burden is requested.
- When it is impossible to provide accommodation due to a natural disaster or other force majeure event.
- When it is impossible to provide accommodation due to natural disasters, malfunction of facilities, or other unavoidable reasons.
- When the case falls under Article 10 of the Fukuoka City Hotel and Inn Business Law Enforcement Ordinance.
- When the Guest smokes in bed or in any other designated smoking area, tampers with fire-fighting equipment, or fails to comply with any of the prohibited actions set forth in the Usage Regulations stipulated by this Facility (limited to those necessary for fire prevention).

When this facility cancels the accommodation contract in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the guest will not be charged for any accommodation services, etc. that have not yet been provided.
(Accommodation registration)
Article 8
Guests will be required to register the following particulars at the time of check-in on the day of their stay:
- Guest's name, gender, date of birth, address, telephone number and occupation
- For foreigners, nationality, passport number, place of entry and date of entry
- Arrival date, departure date, number of nights and number of people
- Other matters deemed necessary by the facility
If the Guest intends to pay the charges stipulated in Article 12 by any means other than Japanese currency, such as a credit card, he/she shall present such means in advance at the time of registration stipulated in the preceding paragraph.
(Guest room occupancy time)
Article 9
Guests may use the guest rooms of this facility from 3:00 PM to 11:00 AM the following morning. However, in the case of consecutive stays, guests may use the rooms all day except on the days of arrival and departure.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, this facility may allow guests to use the room outside of the hours specified in the same paragraph. In such cases, the following additional fees will be charged.
- Up to 3 hours in excess: 2,000 yen (tax included) per hour
- For stays of 3 hours or more, the additional fee will be charged in addition to the basic accommodation fee for one night per room on the day of check-out.
(Compliance with the rules of use)
Article 10
Guests must abide by the usage rules established by the facility and posted within the facility.
(Business hours)
Article 11
The opening hours of the main facilities of our facility are as follows. Detailed opening hours of other facilities will be provided in the pamphlets provided, on notices posted in various locations, and in the service directory in the guest rooms.
- Check-in center/cashier service hours:
- Curfew: None
- Check-in center service: 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM
- Emergency response service: 24 hours
- The hours set out in the preceding paragraph may be subject to temporary changes due to unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you by appropriate means.

(Payment of fees)
Article 12
The breakdown of the accommodation fees, etc. to be paid by the guest shall be as set forth in Schedule 1.
Payment of the accommodation fees, etc. set forth in the preceding paragraph shall be made in Japanese currency (YEN) or by an alternative method such as a credit card approved by this facility upon the guest's arrival or when invoiced by this facility.
Accommodation fees will be charged even if the guest voluntarily does not stay in the room after the facility has provided the guest with the room and it is available for use.
(Responsibility of the facility)
Article 13
This facility will compensate the guest for damages caused to the guest in the fulfillment or non-fulfillment of the accommodation contract and related agreements, unless such damages are due to reasons not attributable to this facility.
Our facility is covered by hotel liability insurance to deal with the unlikely event of a fire or other disaster.
(Handling when contracted rooms cannot be provided)
Article 14
When this facility is unable to provide a contracted room to a guest, it will, with the guest's consent, arrange accommodation at another accommodation facility with the same conditions as far as possible.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if this facility is unable to arrange other accommodation for the guest, it will pay the guest a compensation fee equivalent to the penalty charge, which will be used to cover damages. However, if the inability to provide a room is due to reasons not attributable to this facility, the facility will not pay a compensation fee.
(Handling of Deposited Items, etc.)
Article 15
The facility and check-in center will not accept cash or valuables from guests. The facility will not compensate for any loss, damage, or other damage that may occur.
This facility will not compensate for damages to goods, cash, or valuables brought into this facility by guests, except in cases where loss, breakage, or other damage occurs due to the facility's intentional or negligent acts. However, even if this facility does compensate, the maximum amount of compensation will be 100,000 yen, except in cases where the facility is guilty of intentional or gross negligence.
(Storage of Guest's Baggage or Belongings)
Article 16
If the guest's baggage arrives at the check-in center of this facility prior to their stay, this facility will be responsible for storing it only if this facility has given its consent in advance and will hand it over to the guest at the time of check-in.
If a guest's baggage or belongings are found left behind at this facility after checking out, and the owner is identified, this facility will contact the owner and ask for instructions. However, if the owner does not give instructions or the owner is not identified, this facility will handle the matter as follows:
- Cash and valuables will be kept for two weeks, including the day they are found, after which they will be reported to the nearest police station.
- Other baggage and personal effects will be stored for two weeks, including the day they are found, and then disposed of. However, perishable items may be disposed of before the two-week storage period.
The Facility's liability regarding the custody of the Guest's baggage or personal belongings in the case of the preceding paragraph shall be in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the preceding Article.
(Guest's Responsibilities)
Article 17
If this facility suffers damage due to the guest's willful misconduct or negligence, the guest will be required to compensate this facility for the damage.
(Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
Article 18
These terms and conditions and the accommodation agreement hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
The Fukuoka District Court or the Fukuoka Summary Court shall be the court of first instance with exclusive jurisdiction over these terms and conditions, the accommodation contract based on these terms and conditions, and any disputes arising in connection therewith.
(Accommodation tax)
Article 19
Accommodation tax is levied on guests for accommodations at accommodation facilities in exchange for accommodation fees. Accommodations subject to accommodation tax are determined by 1 and 2 below.
- The act of use is treated as accommodation under the contract.
- In cases other than 1, the use lasts for six hours or more over two days.

- The percentage is the ratio of the penalty to the basic accommodation fee.
- If the number of days of the contract is shortened, a penalty will be charged for the number of days shortened.
- If special provisions have been stipulated in the accommodation contract for group guests, the provisions of those special provisions shall apply.
